What is house call grooming?

House call grooming means that I come to your house and groom your pet in the safety and comfort of its own home. Many mobile groomers set up a shop inside of a van or truck. Instead, I bring portable equipment into your home, garage or any area of your choosing. No need to worry about clean up either. I do my best to make it look like I was never there.

What do I need to provide you?

All I need is a place to bathe your pet, a towel to dry them off, and a low traffic place to groom with outlets for clippers and dryer.

Grooming your pet in their home environment with you present is far more comfortable for both of you. I welcome you to observe the entire grooming process.

Building a trusting relationship with your groomer is essential for you and your pet to enjoy the full benefits of grooming. As a sole proprietor, you will always have the same groomer for every visit.

No cages, or increased risk of communicable diseases.

I groom pets from start to finish so they will never be put in any kind of cage. Your pet will not be exposed to any other pets, and all grooming equipment is completely sanitized between each grooming nearly eliminating the risk of disease causing germs to be spread.

About Alyssa

I have been grooming dogs and cats for over 3 years and it is truly my life's calling. I studied under a 20 year Master Groomer for over a year before she retired and I set out on my own. I am owned by a 2 year old phantom miniature poodle named Zeke, who is my world outside of grooming. I am a member of the Wisconsin Assn of Professional Pet Stylists (WAPPS) and regularly attend trade shows and seminars to keep my skills sharp and continue my grooming education. Through WAPPS I recently earned my certification as a Canine Esthetician in order to assist you care for your pet's skin and coat utilizing all natural spa services.
